Is facebook.com not allowed to be surfed online in Mutiara Interntional School in Ampang, Malaysia?

hi there. my nephew is planning to study at Mutiara International School in Ampang, KL next year. My friend told me that Facebook.com is not allowed and prohibited to be online in that school because they do not want the students wondering and wasting their time for hours on that particular website. Is that true or he just made that up? I need a verification please. thanks very much. Really appreciate it.
