How do I get off of Oxycontin I have 30 80's left, can someone suggest a taper schedule?

I have 2 young kids and I am from Canada. I am too scared to go to the doctor and tell him about my problem because I think he might report me to childrens aid. Even though I do have a problem with oxycontin, I am a good mother. My kids are well taken care of and involved in many activities. But I think my doc would report me maybe because he'd legally have to. I'm not sure what the laws are regarding that. I really want to get off of them. I mean, I REALLY want off them but when I tried cold turkey it was awful. I could barely function and thats why I need to wean myself off them slowly. Since I'm too afraid to seek outside help doing this, I need to do it myself. I take about 30 mgs a day. How do I wean off of them and avoid the horrible withdrawals?
