How to obtain records of my expunged record?

I am applying to join the Navy and I know that I have to disclose the fact that I have charges on my juvenile record that were expunged. The only problem is that it was so long ago I don't even really remember what the charges were. I think I do, but it'd be better to be sure. So I would like to know how I would get a copy of my expunged record?
