I need help with collecting the Zora eggs in "The Legend Of Zelda: Majora's Mask" for the N64! A.S.A.P!?

It's the night of the second day; I have all but one of the Zora eggs, and all I have to do to get the last one is go to Pinnacle rock and retrieve it. However, I don't think I'll have enough time to beat the Great Bay Zora Temple before the Carnival of Time. So, can anyone tell me: If I collect the last Zora egg, return it to the laboratory, and then warp back to the first day by playing the Song of Time, will all the Zora eggs still be in the lab afterwords, or will I have to retrieve them all again? And if they aren't there, what all will I have to do to again in Great Bay? I really appreciate this, and need an answer as quick as possible-I'm playing it now!!!
