Heartbeat in pregnancy?

Hi I have concerns now I have bought an angel sounds doppler last week and still cant hear babys heartbeat others on you tube can hear theirs at this stage I have tried a full bladder low down higher up cant find it at all. I had a missed miscarriage in march at 8 weeks but my symptons faded with that one. The sickness in this one is getting worse though really bad where I am actually vomiting and I have still got all symptons. I have not put weight on as I love exercise and swim 3 times a week but I find it hard to eat a lot of things and too much makes me feel ill. I am getting married on Saturday and still fit in my wedding dress a size 12! I just think I am obsessing too much but it would be nice to hear my babes heartbeat. Anyway is the vomiting normal at this stage it seemed to go away and all of ta sudden it as reared its ugly head again although quite reuring so not to bothered in fact i panic when I dont be sick every morning which is rare really. Also I have gone off water! I cant stand the taste and the coldness on my stomach! I a mso scared to go to my doctor because I dont want to not find an heartbeat on a scan so I have decided to wait till I can feel him/her move before I go for one. Maybe its too soon to be pregnant again but I so want this baby but I know I did not heal emotionally. I think I will opt for a d and c if the worst happens again rather than be induced! any reurance would be lovely.
