How does this even make sense? Bad parenting?

Sounds like a very disfuntional family on there part, your better off doing what they say until your old enough to just get out on your own. And I would start saving now... My father was like that and i moved out as soon as I was able to.. all the fighting and arguing isn't going to solve anything though... they think this way for a reason but your DAD should not be treating the boys any different in my opinion due to the society these days all they are doing is teaching the boys that woman are slaves and men are king...not true.. we are all created equally. I would just save and get out as fast as you can, I don't know how old you are..It doesn't sound very fair to me that they are paying for there college and not yours, there must be a reason behind it and it's most likely that your dad just wants a woman in his bed and if he sides with his daughter /s then she will get mad and if he sides with you guys then you will be mad but he knows that you aren't going to leave because your always going to be there.... your his kid and that's how he is looking at it..it still isn't fair but don't sweat it, pay for your own school, get your own things and then you can walk around saying " I did it on my own" Like i do everyday.....and feel better about that way. And the boys will feel like the wimps that they are because they had there's handed down and paid for them. You are pretty much being taught to be stronger like all woman are stronger than men, men are weak and can never fend for them selves which is why they shouldn't be president. Hang in there is will all end soon, you'll be out on your own and looking back at this as only the stronger will survive.
