the loose/messy pony tail it totally chic. blowdry your hair and run a smoothing serum through it. Draw an invisble line from your chin to the crown of your head. that is where your pony tail should be. Pony tails that are placed there give you an instant "face lift" and make you look bright-eyed. then, using your fingertips pick up your hair and using the stick end of a rattail comb to create some lift. set with some hairspray and you're good to go.
