Why would a man leave for a worse relationship?

A woman who adored him (probably too much), done anything for him, etc. Left her for a woman that will barely have with him, gripes at him..but I guess some would say she is prettier. It can't be all about looks can it?? This guy is super super horny bc his new woman doesn't have much of a drive...I'm just trying to understand why he done this?
