What are these round spots on my body?

There are these round red spots that are starting to peel spreading all over my body. First there was a big one on my face and it looks like ringworm. Then all of a sudden one appeared on my clavicle then on my shoulder and slowly more started showing up. I bought an anti-fungal cream that used clotrimazole 1% it didn't help looked like it was making everything worse. Then I finally went to the doctor and she took blood and gave me a pill for a yeast infection and a cream. The cream also contains Clotrimazole 1% I used it as the doctor instructed and my it just looks like the spots have grown and are spreading. It's scaring me and I don't know what to do I'm just wasting money going back to the doctor.
