If I take a company to small claims court over $150, can I also sue for court costs? What if they don't sho?

If I take a company to small claims court over $150, can I also sue for court costs? What if they don't show up to the trial? Would I automatically win? I would imagine it would cost them more than $150 to send a lawyer... If they win can they sue for the cost of their lawyer?
