you really need to go to dr. i do the samething. im older though. stress has alot to do with it however,other things stem from that. as you said loss of concentratrion etc. lack of sleep will bring on headaches. ask your dr. if you can use otc tylenol pm and try to get on a sleeping schedule.keep routine as much as possible. get into yoga,meditation, clears your mind. always tell your parents b4 you do anything or at least call your dr.
