What could be bothering me? Have had 2 mini strokes, constant stomach gurgling and pain and chest pain?

I have been going to the doctors on and off for months now and nobody can figure it out. I always have constant stomache gurgling, not painful but loud and can be felt internally. Its in my lower left and right sides and i can also feel it right above my *** as if i need to go to the bathroom but i dont. I have had chest compression as well and have felt gurlging in my chest as well. Twice i have felt what seemed like my heart skipped a beat and stopped. It felt like i was put on pause for under a second, but i remember the feeling precisely. Lately, i have had more severe problems. Twice, i have felt my left arm go numb and feel like it was asleep, followed by my brain feeling the same way only on the left side and the left side of my face became paralyzed and numb as well. This all lasted roughly 5 seconds but thats too long and shouldnt happen in the first place. I have had an endoscopy and colonoscopy which didnt turn anything up, and im getting worried. does anyone have any ideas????
