I love him but he doesnt act like he loves me at times HELP!!!!?

i love my bf but we dnt get to see eachother much because he lives 3 hours away but whenever we tlk he asks if i still luv him wen i say i do he just says ok he never say i love you back and just today he ask me what we were going to do because he says he thinks im better of without him i mean weve had problems in the past but we worked them out this was my ex and is now my bf again so 2day we got in a big fight and he said why do you stay with me if your going to be like this i asked him if we could hang out 2morrow and he said idk i have plans i felt like crying he said but i dont have planz now he said look out your window i did and his car was sittn there he was there the whole time he came through my door and tryed to give me a kiss i turned the other way because i was already hurt all he said was WHY DO YOU ACT THIS EFFIN WAY GOD WHAT THE HE11 IS WRONG WITH YOU i turned around i was crying and i didnt even say anything but he walked over and hugged me and said sorry but he is soo idk ruff with me and he like alwayz yells at me so what should i do
