Feel bad for abusing my cat?

a similar thing happened to me...and well, i hate to admit but i beat my innocent apso because i didn't know where to put out my anger...this happened about 7 years ago and i STILL regret for it today, though my apso is still alive and here with me.... what i did later was i slapped myself, pinched myself and practically hurt myself.. and treat my apso like a princess... so i think the only thing to do is take out the anger in something else and not victimize weak innocent and loving pets.. seriously, it can be done... .and well, look deep inside yourself and find the cause for these problems you claim to have...write them down here, maybe it'll help you feel lighter.... for now, GO and TREAT your cast like a prince/princess...give him/her a nice bath, make fish, and rub her belly and make her sleep in your lap...cats CRAVE for attention....give him/her that....
